SHIPPING POLICY

Both Monarch Liquor locations have the requisite cartrage permits to conduct deliveries. We, however, currently do not offer consumer shipping, but with notice, we can deliver anywhere in Travis County. If you live within our delivery zones (Austin and Lakeway City Limits) we can deliver to you anytime and you can schedule your delivery on our website. If you live outside these zones, please call us and we will arrange a delivery anywhere in Travis County.

RETURN POLICY

Per TABC, Liquor Stores, can under no circumstance accept returns on opened or tampered with alcoholic beverages. Once a bottle is sold, it cannot be re-sold nor returned to the distributor for credit. Therefore, we politely decline all returns and exchanges. All sales are final.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

We can sell wine, beer, and liquor by the case to consumers. For high volume purchases, we are able to offer a cumulative, set discount. However, due to TABC regulations, we cannot individually negotiate prices for independent consumers.
